Mandy Moore hit up Bungalow Salon in LA today (July 20) and later emerged with maybe a slightly lighter shade of strawberry blonde (maybe?) and expertly blown out locks.

She’s so cute. I have never heard of Bungalow Salon before, but they did a nice job on that blowout… I can’t tell if they touched up her color or not though. I’m thinking not. That said, I love the strawblonde color on Mandy. Looks perfect with her skin tone. Very Botticelli.

In other MM news, she recently told Billboard Brasil magazine that she’s been writing songs with her husband Ryan Adams and plans to release an album later this year. Word is it will be more folk than her past albums. Hmm.

Beyonce was spotted shopping in London today (July 6) with a head full of glorious curls. On Sunday, Beyonce and Gwyneth Paltrow attended Jay-Z’s performance at Hadye Park during the Wireless Festival. Madonna and bf Jesus Luz were also in attendance, as was Kate Moss.

Beyonce’s curls remind me of her sister Solange’s new hairstyle. Of her own curly style, Solange told Refinery29.com, “I wanted to get something that I could literally roll out of bed without looking nuts. I watched so many Chaka Khan YouTube videos and became sort of obsessed with her. I went to my stylist and said ‘Give me the fro.’”

Solange has such a great unique style. I adore her! And she has her third studio album coming out this fall…

Kelly was also spotted shopping around London before heading into BBC studios wearing a velvet jumpsuit…

But she emerged wearing a floral dress.

Rita Hazan, celeb colorist and owner of the Rita Hazan Salon in New York City, was in Los Angeles this weekend to give a hair makeover to gorgeous Keri Hilson (remember her from that song “Knock You Down” with Kanye West that never stopped playing awhile back? Her hair was killer in that video, by the way.) Well, Keri has a new album on the way, and wanted a fresh new look. And with summer finally here, her decision was simple–go blonde!

Rita Hazan dished on how she gave Keri’s hair that LA blonde look: “Keri had medium brown hair and I thought it would be cool to leave the sides dark and lighten the whole top to a honey blond with many different tones,” she explained. “She is gorgeous and that always makes my job easier!”

Keri was so pleased with her new hair that she debuted her new look at the BET Awards on Sunday (June 27), capturing the attention of everyone on the red carpet! Check out Keri’s before and after pictures below–she looks amazing!

Taylor Momsen performed at the Vans Warped Tour in Carson, California Friday (June 25) and wore these clear stripper heels with room for cash. I can’t help it; I lol’d. I particularly like how they say “TIPS” on the side, like, don’t be gettin’ any crazy iders and puttin’ ur crack in here. This is for TIPS ONLY!

Anyway. Because I knew nothing about Taylor’s band, The Pretty Reckless, I looked it up today. In March 2009, they were signed to Interscope Records and Taylor (allegedly) wrote all of the songs, sang and played guitar on their debut album, which is cool, if it is true. It’s not my kind of music, but still–way to go Taylor. Her new single is Make Me Wanna Die.

It seems like she’s ripping off Courtney Love a lil, but Taylor does not like being compared to Courtney Love! Taylor told EW in April, “I don’t wanna be Courtney Love–I wanna be Kurt Cobain. He’s brilliant and his songs are genius. The Hole records are great. Everyone always compares me to Courtney Love because they think we, like, dress the same and we both have blonde hair, wear lipstick and dresses. But I’m sorry, don’t a lot of girls dress like that? I look at Nirvana. I don’t look at Hole.”

Well, you’re lucky anyone is comparing you to Courtney Love/Hole and not just Avril Lavigne. And you should put more than a dollar in your shoe.

My niece went to see Taylor Swift (and also Justin Bieber, Kellie Pickler and some other people I forget at the moment) and she said Taylor Swift put on an amazing show. She tells a story about a breakup as she performs her songs, and apparently swings her hair around A LOT. Of course, the first thing I asked was if she wore her hair curly or straight. It was curly, natch.

But at the CMT Music Awards on Wednesday night, Taylor changed it up and hit the red carpet with her hair super sleek and straight, parted to one side. She also wore a makeup look she tends to favor: dramatic cat-eye liner. Taylor’s dress was by Galliano with Lorraine Schwartz hoop earrings and Christian Louboutin for 3.1 Phillip Lim sandals. I am not in love with the color or style of the dress, but it’s cute and age appropriate, so I also don’t totally hate it. But I really love her hair and makeup. Overall, I think she looks amazing.

I’ve been DYING for Rihanna to do something new with her hair for like ever… And she finally did! When she hit the stage in Spain on Saturday, her typically highlighted blonde ‘do was updated to a firey red shade. And her cut was updated–it looks even more shaved around the sides and, well, bowl cut-y.

What do you think of Rihanna’s new bright red hair color and cut? Love it or leave it?
