The use of colorful extensions during New York Fashion Week Spring ’10 was a major trend at shows like Proenza Schouler and Zac Posen. Cynthia Rowley continued this trend during her Fall ’10 show. As I discussed on HOTB, Wella Master Colorist Eva Scrivo created the colored extensions for Cynthia. The designer loved the look so much that she went back to Eva’s salon and got her own hair colored with navy streaks!

Celebs are also sporting this colorful hair trend, including Ashley Olsen, who had pastel blue hair streaks à la Proenza Schouler, and Kelly Osbourne who did the ultra cool all-over pastel thing. To get this look, you’d need to bleach out your hair and cover it with a pale violet dye. Or you could add a pop of color with extensions. Since her colorful extensions on the Cynthia Rowley runway were such a hit, Eva Scrivo is now selling colored clip-in extensions customized at her salon in New York.

You can always contact your favorite salon to see if they do these type of extensions. Or for a quick fix, check out Manic Panic’s Glam Strips. The are clip-in extension strips that come in human or synthetic hair (8″, 10″, 14″, or 18″) in a wide range of colors, like Pretty Flamingo or Atomic Turquoise.

Kelly Osbourne was at Heathrow Airport today (March 23) with her fractured elbow in a sling. Word is, she injured herself trying to end a fight between her mom’s dogs in Malibu over the weekend.

Side note: What’s weirder, fracturing your elbow breaking up a fight between your mom’s Pomeranians or from falling off the roof trying to sneak out/kill self, ala Countess LuAnn de Lesseps’ daughter on The Real Housewives of New York?

When I first saw Kelly’s pink hair back in March at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Party, I wasn’t sure if it was a wig or not. But now it’s obviously her own hair. It’s fading a bit, but it’s kind of an interesting color with her skin tone. What do you guys think?

You know that guy on Keeping Up With The Kardashians who’s always in the background and kind of looks like Scott? Well, now he has his own show produced by Kim Kardashian. Will the madness ever stop?

Kelly Osbourne was out in Hollywood last night celebrating her 25th birthday with fiance (?) Luke Worrall and some of her Dancing With the Stars friends.

She’s still rocking that platinum pageboy, which actually looks way better on her model/fiance. The cut is too square on her squarish face. Her stylist should remove some of the weight from the sides or cut it into a pixie. That would look better, in my opinion. Maybe she’s trying to grow it out, which is definitely a difficult process, but normally celebs just throw extensions in there and we never see them in the in-between stage.

Anyway. She looks cute regardless and her fiance looks like a hot vampire, which, of course, is big right now.

I didn’t even know Kelly was engaged until today. Apparently Kelly’s dad Ozzy is wants Kelly and Luke to wait on the whole marriage thing. He told press, “I said, ‘You can propose, but don’t even think about getting married, don’t even go there.’ Kelly’s not a baby, I can’t tell her what to do, but I’ve said if they want to give it a try, live together first. I think it’s better they’re with each other because they want to be – not because they have to. And everyone seems to get divorced these days.”

So, why did he tell them to even get engaged then? What does he think getting engaged means? Eh, whatever. Actually, I can see his point because Luke Worrall looks like he’s 16.

(Whoa. I looked it up and I wasn’t too far off! He’s 19.)

Kim Kardashian was at the Hollywood Life’s 6th Annual Hollywood Style Awards, natch. Kim kept it simple with a white dress, but played up the look with accessories and a lot of makeup.

Kim received the award for Style Siren and Kelly Osbourne, won for Style Original. Both picked up items from Express such as multi chain gold necklaces and bib earrings. By the way, I’ve been wondering what’s going on with Kelly Osbourne’s hair. Can’t someone cut it into a pixie for her? Because that would be cute, but as it is, it looks like a bowl cut and it’s not working.

Apparently Kelly, who is known for her porcelain white skin, got really excited to pick up Fake Bake sunless tanning products. I guess her days on Dancing with the Stars are rubbing off on her!
