Katharine McPhee still hasn't gotten her hair cut. I can tell because she opted to slick it back at the 37th International Emmy Awards gala in NYC yesterday (Nov. 23). She wore a one shoulder Marchesa dress that I'm not crazy about, but it could be worse. And she's still doing the pale lipstick thing, which makes her look so washed out.
