I reviewed LiQWD Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner a while back, and the company recently gave me an editorial sample of the Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner to review as well. Sweet!

I really love the Hydrating versions and find them a better fit for my hair type than the Volumizing. The Hydrating Shampoo is so thick and rich and luxurious. It contains L-Tyrosine, an amino acid that aids cellular growth and maintains color, Banana Extract, which softens hair, Apple Extract, which soothes and refreshes, and Grape Seed Oil, which is excellent for repairing damaged, frizzy hair. The Hydrating Shampoo has a nice beachy scent–it’s a combination of banana flower, coconut, citrus and jasmine. I love the scent and my BF tried it and liked it too. The Hydrating Conditioner is great, but I will probably go through my sample in a few more showers because I put soooo much of this stuff on my hair! It’s so thick and moisturizing–it almost feels like a hair mask. It contains Sweet Almond Oil, which moisturizes and conditions, Shea Butter, which prevents moisture evaporation and allows for cell repair, Jojoba Oil, which smooths and conditions, and Banana Extract, which naturally relaxes and rejuvenates. The Hydrating Conditioner has the same awesome beachy scent as the shampoo. I really love this stuff. Suggested Retail Price: $34 for 350 ml
