Last night (Jan. 14) was the 9th Annual Awards Season Diamond Fashion Show Preview hosted by the Diamond Information Center and InStyle. Rachel Bilson was there. Hi, Rachel. She looked adorable, as always. But what do you think of her dress? It's interesting, but I don't love it. I like the top part, but that apron section... I think it just has too much going on.
