Privé Volume & Texture

I have been testing out a few Privé products–Concept Vert Volumizing Froth and Extended Texture Clay–and it’s my first experience with the Privé line. They are a very cool and eco-friendly company. The Volumizing Froth is a mousse, but in non-aerosol form, which is interesting, and you know I am hung up on volumizers right now, so of course I was way into it.

Vert-Volumizing-FrothI really liked the Concept Vert Volumizing Froth packaging because the non-aerosol bottle is easy to travel with. And you only need to use a little to give your hair body, volume, and shine. It’s a little weird to use at first because it starts out as a liquid but “froths” up into a foam–pretty cool! Then you just work it through your hair like a regular mousse. It contains organic extracts, is paraben and sulfate-free, nourishes and protects hair with antioxidant rich ingredients.Price: $28.99 at Amazon.com

Privé-Extended-Texture-ClayI also tested out Privé Extended Texture Clay, which is a goodmultifunctional product. It works well to create those textured beachy waves, but also can be shared with the boys in your life (or your coolest g.friends) to add some structure to short styles. It’s enriched with healing nutrients like kelp and shea butter to protect against dryness. It’s a super thick product but lightweight when it’s on your hair. Price: $27.49 at Amazon.com
