Hi Maria: Yes, I would get a hair color consultation, for sure! They may be able to tone the "white" parts? But if I were you I wouldn't bleach your hair anymore at this point if it is fried because it's only going to make the situation worse. Work on getting you hair into better condition and cutting off the damage before you highlight it again because, as you know lighting requires bleach to get the hair a lighter shade. It might be a good time to do a BB, but Jordana or Alfredo would be able to tell you for sure. What you might want to consider is doing a Protein Pack + Deep Conditioning treatment on your hair every month and a half. This link has a lot of information on the process: http://www.makeupalley.com/user/notepad/FaireMaiden

Thank you soooooooooo much for responding, you don't know how much I so appreciate it. My hair is fried!!! All I want is highlights for summer, is that too much to ask for? I think for me it is.
What I'll probably do is have a consultation with Alfredo and Jordanna and see what they think once they see my over processed, orange, white, dried hair!!! I'm afraid they will tell me what I already know, that they can't do anything right now because my hair has been stripped so many times, uuugggghhhh. I think after this whole ordeal I'm going to need or be a good candidate for the Brazilian because my hair is so frizzy (yes, I know because it doesn't have anymore moisture from it being stripped) its awful.
Any suggestions on any good hair treatments just to get my hair into better shape. I'm using the John Masters shampoo only because its sulfate free but what should I be doing once a week or once a month for extra super conditioning treatments, I'm all ears if anyone has suggestions.
Thank you soooo much.

Maria: Yes, Alfredo is great! I love him. The Argyle Salon & Spa is a nice spot: http://www.argylela.com/

A frequent contributor to HOTB, Jordanna Loraine is also a whiz with hair color, as well as Brazilian Blowouts and extensions: http://www.jordanalorraine.com/

Byron & Tracey is another great Los Angles Salon for hair cuts and color. My blogging buddy Amber from http://www.beautyjunkiesunite.com/WP/ goes to Tomas for cuts there, and swears by him, but they have lots of great colorists too, but it is $$, as is most worthy color is LA... http://www.byronandtracey.com/

I love her new look. Love the highlights, they look great. I have dark brown hair and have always wanted highlights, especially for summer but NO ONE ever seems to know how to do highlights on my hair. They always end up orange looking or way toooo blond and fried on my dark brown hair and it doesn't look good next to my olive skin tone.
Who do you recommend as a hair god/goddess/genius/master :) here in the Los Angeles area. I know you recommend Alfredo at Argyle and I would love to meet with him for a highlight hair fix help but just wanted to pick your brain as to who you trust and know can do miracles, yes miracles! j/k :)
Thanks in advance
