Did you watch the Academy Awards last night? We taped it and went out to eat + to Target, but when we got home and started fast forwarded through the boring parts, we realized the DVR cut off the entire ending! So I didn’t get to see Sandra Bullock accept her award for Best Actress. Boo. (Chris, I bet you’re so happy!)
Sandra’s metallic Marchesa gown practically transformed her into a life size Oscar. How could she not win wearing that dress? And her Veronica Lake hair and reddish/pink lips perfectly matched the old Hollywood vibe. I loved it!
Her hair was super shiny and the color was awesome. I wonder how she did it. She has never looked so good.

Yes, I am very happy. And her acceptance speech was perfection. She was funny and gracious and sweet.
Oh, and I meant to add, she looked gorgeous. She picked the right hair and dress. And while I prefer her with smokey eyes and shimmery pale lips, I like that she went old Hollywood glamour with her makeup. Perfect 10 all around.
