Kristen Bell‘s hair, makeup and accessories were gorgeous at the Los Angeles premiere of When in Rome last night (Jan. 27).
However. Her dress was atrocious.
This looks more like a Halloween costume than a red carpet dress. Yuck.

eww..that dress is pretty horrible..but i have recently fallen IN LOVE with kristen bell! i just watched seasons 1 and 2 of veronica mars for teh 1st time, and let me tell you they are addicting! and she is freakin awesome in that role!!
Meghan: she does seem like a cool, funny chick. Also, worth noting. I forgot that she was dating Dax Shepard who is also in When in Rome. They’ve been dating for years–since like ’07. How is that possible? I feel like he was dating Kate Hudson not that long ago. Time flies.
