Whitney Port co-hosted a launch party on January 7th with Brooke Shields for the new LG Lotus phone at the Palms Place in Las Vegas. Afterward she blogged: “My cousin Jackie lives in Las Vegas and is a professional hairstylist so of course I had her style my hair for the event.” She even posted her email. Aw, what a good cousin!
I like Whit’s hair here, so good job cuz. But I’m not crazy about her dress. It’s pretty at the bottom (I like how it falls), and I like the the belt, but I don’t like the neckline or the sleeves or the bunching at the waist. Also, her makeup is a bit harsh. I like Whitney fresh/dewy looking makeup. (Check out Whitney Port’s makeup tips.) I want to reach through the photo and blot that red lipstick! Still. These are minor complaints since Whitney always looks beautiful and her hair looks really cool.

I never liked Whitney’s hair on The Hills. (It was just TOO undone, which might have always been the point but it went a little far.) She always had roots, and lacked the style of the other girls. (Other girls meaning Lauren and Audrina. Heidi? So gross…)
But on The City her hair made a total transformation. She looks grown up as she does in the photo. (Although, it looked like she ransacked Betty White’s closet.)
Katrina: She did make a transformation on The City! She’s always been beautiful, but she really looks cool and put together now… I would kill for her clothes! (well, minus the betty white dress.)
She looks pretty! She somehow reminds me of Kate Winslet. I love her make up….hair color and style. Just like you I would like to reach through and blot that lipstick…oh well..
suzanne: her hair color is a little kate winslet-y. the makeup isn’t terrible or anything, but I would have liked a softer (less frosty white) eyeshadow and, yes, blotted lipstick. I’m nitpicking tho. she’s looks pretty!
