You know the saying “less is more”? Apparently, not a concept Leighton Meester’s makeup artist is familiar with. Usually heavy eye makeup is paired with neutral lips, or a bold mouth means minimal eye makeup. But Leighton piled it all on, and wound up looking like a little girl who got into her mom’s makeup bag. Not to mention the 30 pounds of extensions and the weird biker-inspired hooker wear. What’s up, Leighton? Does this new look have something to do with her trying to make it as a musician?
