Vaseline Sheer Infusion

New Vaseline Sheer Infusion with Stratys-3 body lotion combines three ingredients that suspend moisture across the skin’s top, core and deep down layers. Most body lotions on the market today use glycerin, which can leave the skin’s outermost surface layer dry and can also leave skin feeling sticky (which I hate!) Stratys-3 offers a better solution for hydrating skin. Each ingredient in the Stratys-3 effectively cares for the top, core and deep down layers of surface skin.

“We recognized the limitations of glycerin several years ago and set out on a mission to identify a better way to moisturize skin’s many layers while not sacrificing the sensory benefits of a lotion,” says Greg Nole, Unilever Research and Development. “GQ has more moisturizing power than glycerin, so it delivers the same performance at lower levels, resulting in a better skin feel.”

I tried the Botanical Blend, Mineral Renewal and Vitamin Burst and found each lotion to be lightweight, yet very moisturizing. The lotion absorbed almost immediately and left my skin well moisturized and not greasy. The only thing I did not like was the scent, which is reminiscent of other Vaseline lotions and a little too strong. Overall, however, this seems like a great lotion for a reasonable price.

All Vaseline Sheer Infusion with Stratys-3 lotions are now available at food, drug and mass retailers nationwide in both a 6.8 oz bottle and 13.5 oz pump size.
