Here’s a snap of Kate Moss leaving John Frieda Hairdressers salon in Central London earlier today.
I’d cut the tip of my pinkie finger off for her boots.
sigh.

hold the phone, that’s like almost exactly the shape of boot that i’ve been wanting for a few winters now (i’m a pretty picky consumer).. they’re not too loose and cankleish, or tight and working-girly, or pirate-esque, no excessive chains or bling (i like edgy, but i’m not a biker, or a cowboy, or jack sparrow).
while those boots are gorge and i wouldn’t say no to them.. i love the cognac hue, my IDEAL daily boot would be a modern-looking wedge, in a grey or clay color, and priced less than a month’s rent.
i used to wonder if that was too much to ask, but now that it’s all written out… yeah it maybe kinda is. might have to offer up a few toes. but then i could just stuff my un-digited foot in my devil’s deal boots and never look back. or down.
i’d promise to start working out everyday for those boots.
if i could actually exchange tips of fingers for gorgeous items i couldn’t afford, all my fingertips would be gone.. is that bad?
Alyssa, not bad! I have really long fingers anyway.
jamie. the magical boot fairy will leave them under your pillow after one month of proper workingoutness.
Kat: boots. they are the most lust-worthy shoe item, I swear. I have a pair of gray boots that I LOVE but the heel is a little too high for everyday wear. the last time i wore them the toes on my left foot where numb for 2 days. fashion is pain.
don’t! Don’t cut off tip of your pinkie fingers. Then how will u write the blog and i enjoy it?
Sascha, good point. but I will have the boots… Hmm….
Do you know who makes those boots and how much they would cost? Just curious..
No idea!
