Mar: It's better for the best result leave as natural 48 hours after the straightening done but it's OK to dry or flat iron just a little bit.

Mar: As far as I know, you're suppose to wait 48 hours before getting your hair wet, sweaty, putting it into a ponytail, using a hair clip, or putting hair behind your ears after getting Japanese Straightening. After 48 hours, you can do whatever. Hope that info helps.

Can you blow dry and/or flat iron the hair right after the japanese straightening is done? I did so the following day as in preparing my usual morning routine before going to a work breakfast meeting. Will this hurt the straightening future results? Please advise.

Wow! the difference is amazing but the overall upkeep and just getting it done is super expensive! i'd rather get a weave or extensions for the same look.
