Nick Chavez Beverly Hills

13773-002017Nick Chavez Beverly Hills Volumizing Extra Hold Hairspray works with any type of hair, from fine to heavy, from curly to textured. It’s fast drying, provides a firm hold and adds volume and lift to hair.

This spray does not weigh down hair or create build-up. I found it to hold my fine hair while keeping it soft. I don’t use hairspray that often, but when I do, I want one that actually works–and doesn’t leave my hair crunchy!

While this product is a little pricey, if you’re willing to spend the money, I recommend it, especially for fine hair. 10 fl oz. $23.00

Plump ‘N Thick Leave-In Thickening Creme Hair Conditioner is a leave-in conditioner for all hair types that maximizes hair’s body and volume creating richer, thicker hair. It contains special thickening agents that hydrate and expand the cuticle.

My hair is pretty flat unless I blow dry it with a round brush, but when I use a small dab (less than a dime size) of this conditioner on towel dried hair, my hair looks smoother and thicker. I do notice a slight boost in volume, too. Be careful not to use too much, though, or your hair will look greasy. The right amount will give your hair volume and body. 8 fl oz. $22.00

Flocker for wet or dry hair is a state-of-the-art, fast-drying, texturizing and volumizing hair styling spray. It adds lift, dimension, volume, and style support to all hair types. (And its name makes me laugh.)

Flocker is a hair product that takes a while to get the hang of using. Do not spray this directly on to wet or dry hair. I recommend spraying the product onto the palms of your hands, rubbing them together (quickly because it dries fast!), flipping your head upside down, rubbing it into your roots, and then sort of lightly touching the rest of your hair–roots to ends. If your hair is damp, you can blow dry it for more volume. 8 fl oz. $20.00
